New Hampshire sports betting became legal in July 2019 after legislators passed a bill earlier in the year. DraftKings is the sole mobile operator in the state, but there are a few retail betting locations that have opened or intend to do so. Intralot, which runs apps in Montana and Washington D.C., is expected to eventually launch its mobile product in conjunction with the state lottery. New Hampshire has done relatively well despite its limited market, but this could end when its neighbor Massachusetts launches mobile wagering.
